When you’re studying at BGU we want to make sure that you have the best experience possible. To help make this a reality we’ve partnered with Endsleigh to provide all our students with the BGU Student Support Package. This means you'll have access to 24/7, confidential Mental Health and Wellbeing support from Health Assured to help you through any of life’s issues or problems. Their advisors are available 365 days a year and allow you to access support or structured counselling for a range of issues including stress and anxiety, family issues, financial wellbeing, relationship advice, medical information and consumer advice. Health Assured’s qualified counsellors use a practical approach in supporting you. They offer space and time to talk about your concerns and provide guidance and mindfulness techniques that will help you in the present.
We also know that having to worry about the things that matter to you can impact your mental health, so in addition to 24/7 support, all students living in our halls of residence will be provided with an insurance package designed to protect the things that matter to you. This includes room contents cover, computer equipment (eg. desktops, laptops, tablets), mobile phones, audio equipment, DVD & video players, computer consoles, and valuables (including jewellery & watches). This insurance package, just like the 24/7 support, is available at no cost to yourself.
