Just a short walk from Bishop Grosseteste University is Crosstrend House Student Development, comprising of 73 en-suite studio rooms and 4 shared facility rooms, all finished to an extremely high standard providing you with all modern comforts and conveniences.

Crosstrend House offers you:

  • Selection of fully furnished contemporary rooms all having their own study areas;
  • Studio Rooms with en-suite and kitchenette comprising; mini fridge, combination microwave and kettle;

  • CCTV and electronic fob entry system to main entrance doors;

Fees

Prices for accommodation are revised annually and include bills, internet and cost of Portable Appliance Testing. Fees for 2018/19 are as follows:

A number of bed spaces have been reserved for first year undergraduates in off campus accommodation at Crosstrend House. The University Accommodation Policy will apply to the allocation of these rooms.

Where you live is a big part of being at University which is why Bishop Grosseteste University is one of a number of Universities and Further Education Colleges that is signed up to  The Student Accommodation Code .  The Code protects our students’ rights to safe, good quality accommodation, to make sure our students get the best out of their time living in our residences. It outlines everything students can expect from our accommodation as well as their responsibilities as tenants.  The Code has already raised standards of accommodation at Bishop Grosseteste University and underpins our ongoing dedication to our students. We are fully committed to providing a safe, comfortable living environment which will help support our students in leading a successful and enjoyable student life.
