Our BGU Subject Knowledge Enhancement (SKE) programmes are designed to help potential Initial Teacher Training (ITT) trainees gain the depth of knowledge required to teach their chosen subject.
Our SKE courses are delivered in a blended approach including online distance-learning and face-to-face sessions at our campus in Lincoln.
Here at BGU, we run two different types of SKE programme, BGU Core and BGU VidLearn. Our BGU Core SKE is delivered through the BGU Virtual Learning Environment (VLE) plus face-to-face weekends, and our BGU VidLearn SKE courses are delivered in conjunction with VidLearn’s VLE, plus non-compulsory face-to-face weekend sessions.
