Our BA (Hons) Business degree course is a traditionally delivered general business degree course, but in line with the ethos of BGU, there is an emphasis on community and social applications.
The course covers a wide spectrum of business related subjects, including sustainable and ethical business practice, venture creation, business economics and finance, and management and leadership.
Because we want you to be able to link your learning to real life experience, you will be encouraged to design and manage your own business projects, focussing on personal areas of interest. You will have the opportunities to carry out these projects locally, nationally or internationally, using BGU’s business and academic networks.
This course is also CMI (Chartered Management Institute) accredited. It is intended that the degree will be mapped to a CMI qualification, allowing you to leave the degree with a much sought after professional qualification as well as your honours degree.

Accreditation for Prior Learning
If you’ve recently completed or studied a particular module as part of a previous qualification, this may mean that you’re not required to undertake a particular module of your BGU course. However this must be agreed in writing and you must apply for this.
