This support is for students with disabilities, specific learning difficulties and other access needs, to help them throughout their studies wherever possible

We can provide general welfare advice and we specialise in money advice and the financial options available
- Counselling Service
This service is available to all students and is via an independent private practice to ensure confidentiality and discretion
There are a number of ways in which the university can help students struggling with money including the BGU Learning Fund and the BGU Bursary
- Students from Care
We aim to support for students from care by coordinating financial support and locating and providing other sources of helpful assistance.

All Student Advice services operate on a professional, non-judgemental and confidential basis. Our team will handle any information you disclose in an appropriate and sensitive way, in accordance with data protection legislation.
We have a wealth of experience of assisting students in higher education and we are committed to the continual development of our skills and resources.
How to Find Us
We are located in the main foyer of the Cornerstone Building.
Our Opening Times are as follows:
|Monday – Thursday||8:30am – 5:00pm|
|Friday||8:30am – 4:30pm|
If you wish to see our team outside of these times, please contact us and we can discuss alternative arrangements. We will always try to deal with your enquiry at the earliest opportunity: immediately if possible, though sometimes it may be necessary for us to arrange an appointment with you.

Student Advice has attained the Matrix Quality Standard for its advice and guidance services and the following strengths have been identified:
