We offer a variety of popular classes for all abilities and age ranges (minimum age over 16) which are open to all, whether you’re a student, a member of the public or newly signed up to our gym. Our fitness professionals are all experienced in different areas of the sporting world and are able to cater for a range of different fitness needs.

All classes are suitable for both men and women – whatever your fitness level our classes will leave you feeling thoroughly refreshed and revitalized.
Please note our class booking and attendance procedures before you go to your first class. To guarantee your place, please book in advance as there are limited places available. Payment will be required when booking.
|5:30pm – 6:00pm
1:00pm – 1:30pm
|A 30 minute class focusing purely on the stomach, mid sections and your core. This is a low impact class based mainly around floor work, ideal for achieving those perfectly toned abs.|
|Boot Camp||Wednesday||12:30pm – 1:15pm||This is a high impact energetic workout which incorporates a mixture of cardio and toning exercises. A great new class that’s sure to keep you on your toes!|
|Cardiotone||Thursday||6:45pm – 7:30pm||This class involves both high and low impact aerobic exercises. This is perfect for building aerobic endurance, burning calories and toning.|
|Circuits||Friday||4:30pm – 5:30pm||Circuit Training is a fun way of getting an effective all over body workout using various different exercises. The combination of cardio and resistance training makes it an excellent way of achieving your goals. The class allows you to work at your own intensity to get the best from the workout.|
|HIIT||Monday||4:45pm – 5:30pm||High Intense Interval Training is a total body, heart pumping, aerobic and strength conditioning workout. This interval-based class combines full-body strength training with high intensity cardio bursts designed to tone your body and improve your endurance.|
|Legs, Bums and Tums||Wednesday||6:45pm – 7:45pm||As the name suggests a class that focuses on your legs, bums and tums. An aerobic warm up and stretch, followed by the most effective way to shape up those to hard reach areas!|

5:45pm – 6:45pm 1:00pm – 2:00pm
|This class incorporates simultaneous stretching and strengthening exercises focusing on your core muscles. By practicing Pilates on a regular basis you can improve; posture, strength, muscle tone, balance, flexibility, stress levels and many more. Pilates makes you stronger, taller, and slimmer.|
|Zumba||Tuesday||8:00pm – 9:00pm||A dance-based fitness class that uses a fusion of Latin and International music with easy-to-follow moves. It includes both cardio and resistance training components designed to tone and sculpt the entire body.|
