BG Retail Facilities
BG Retail operates three very different areas across campus where you can relax and enjoy a wide range of food and beverage options. All facilities are open to all students and their guests, staff and visitors to campus.
We have a cashless payment system in operation across all our outlets. It’s easy to set up and offers some great incentives throughout the year – choose your food and drink then tap and go! You will receive an email inviting you to join shortly after enrolment but if you have any problems or want more information call in and see us in Refectory.
Look out for our stand at this year’s Freshers’ Fayre. We will be on hand to answer any questions about our services and will be issuing you a special offer booklet, packed full of great savings and special offers for use across campus.
Refectory is our main food hub on campus; once inside you can choose to visit Café Refectory or Kitchen Refectory.
Café Refectory is a great place to meet and socialise or if you need to be on the move you can make a choice from our grab and go range. You can relax and enjoy a barista made coffee and choose from a great range of tempting sandwiches, snacks, cakes and drinks.
Kitchen Refectory is where you will find our hot food counter, from breakfast in the morning through to a meal or snack from our main menu, the Kitchen has a great range of foods to tempt you throughout the day.
Refectory is fully licensed and we have a range of bottled beers, ciders and wines for your enjoyment.
Situated in the heart of campus is our wonderful coffee shop Curiositea. Inspired by the Adventures of Alice in Wonderland, Curiositea is Lincoln’s quirkiest coffee shop and our trained Baristas happily provide you with a range of specialty teas, coffees and a delicious range of snacks and home baked cakes.
Located within the Students’ Union building, Bar BG is operated by BG Retail. We work with the SU to bring you headline events, weekly social activities and live acts throughout the year. Escape after a hard day in our spacious and comfortable bar area and relax with friends over a few pints or join in with SU organised events. Watch out for the launch of our new food offer for 2016 -17!
