We don’t regard it that you’ve finished at BGU just because you’ve qualified. We have much more opportunities for you to continue your passion for learning.
- Doctoral Study
BGU’s innovative doctoral programmes are designed to empower you as a professional educator to conduct robust research focused on the critical analysis of evidence, pushing back the boundaries of knowledge, developing policy and professional practice, and improving the quality of education as a whole. For more information, please email our Academic Co-ordinator, Helen Thornalley.
- Continuing Professional Development
There are many ways in which we can develop both your professional and personal development from Level 4 upwards. For more information, please email our Senior Lecturer in Teacher Development, Antony Luby.
- MA in Education
The course brings together those who have a common passion for education. If you have a keen interest in your own learning and the learning of others, a curiosity about the teaching process itself and a determination to understand and improve your own working context, then this course will excite and challenge in equal measure. All of our MA students are work-based in a variety of settings (some international) with most working as teachers or supporting learning in other ways. The work-based aspect of this course provides a unique chance for you to understand and improve education in your own work setting with every piece of work centred around your own area of interest.
This video will explain your options and the services available to you once you have graduated, more clearly.
