Booking onto one of our Document Checking Days is the easiest way to ensure we have everything we require from you to meet your conditions. If you choose to, you can complete your Enclosed Disclosure from the Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) (formerly the Criminal Records Bureau (CRB)) on these days. It is also your opportunity to bring in any documents (e.g. exam certificates) that we have asked to see before you commence your course. These conditions will be outlined on UCAS Track. When you complete your conditions they will remain on UCAS as an internal record of each of the conditions you have met.
Once you have confirmed BGU as your firm choice university you will receive an email inviting you to a Document Checking Day. Dates for 2017 will be posted here in due course.
Please note: if you have already provided Admissions with satisfactory documents, either at your Applicant Day or Interview, you do not need to attend a Document Checking Day. If you are unsure which documents we have seen, please check with our Admissions Team.
If you are unable to attend a Document Checking Day, the following options are available:
- You may post in original documents to us via the postal address below. We will return original documents received by Recorded Delivery. If you require a higher level of secure post, please provide us with a pre-paid envelope. Please make sure you provide as much information as possible regarding the documents enclosed (e.g. your name, the course chosen, UCAS ID number) so we can process your information faster.
