Crosstrend House Student Development is in an outstanding uphill location within easy walking distance to BGU and Lincoln’s city centre, comcomprising of 73 en-suite studio rooms and 4 shared facility rooms, all finished to an extremely high standard providing you with all modern comforts and conveniences.
The selection of fully furnished contemporary rooms all have their own study areas and each studio room comes with its own en-suite and kitchenette comprising of mini fridge, combination microwave and kettle. The communal kitchen / dining areas are equipped with a range of appliances and the communal lounge is complete with game tables and a TV. There is a launderette in the building, as well CCTV and electronic fob entry system to the main entrance doors.
The rent is inclusive of utilities and wireless internet and rooms are available on a double occupancy basis at £175 per week. More information about fees and pricing can be found below.
A number of bed spaces have been reserved for first year undergraduates in off-campus accommodation at Crosstrend House. The University Accommodation Policy will apply to the allocation of these rooms.
Prices for accommodation are revised annually and include bills, internet and cost of Portable Appliance Testing. Fees for 2018/19 are as follows:
