Provide and maintain up-to-date, high quality learning resources in close liaison with academic staff; Provide an efficient, friendly service to our users; Be proactive in seeking and responding to user feedback; Strive to continually develop and enhance Library collections, services and facilities via regular monitoring, evaluation and review; Offer effective guidance and instruction to enable users to search for, retrieve and evaluate information; Maintain a learning environment which is both welcoming and conducive to study; Actively promote Library collections, services and facilities to our users; Provide accessible facilities for all users; Identify and undertake appropriate training and development activities to maintain and develop high standards of professional practice; Ensure that the development of Library collections reflects the diversity of the society in which we live; Actively participate in local and regional library & information networks.This page incorporates PDF files (Portable Document Format) and you will need Adobe Reader ® to view them.
