An experienced advisor, coach and facilitator, Alison’s first business venture in retail operations lead to successful expansion across Lincolnshire. She is currently a Director at Rex Associates Ltd and known for her role as a Certified Facilitator in LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY®. She has worked in senior management and advised on business management for many years across a range of industries including construction, manufacturing, telecoms and retail. She has a BA Hons in Business Management.

Rachel worked within the Retail sector for 12 years managing teams where exceptional customer service was fundamental to securing sales and achieving challenging targets. Rachel then transitioned into the Skills Sector and has worked within FE Colleges, Independent Training Organisations and the funding body for 18 years. Her specialism is within vocational qualifications.
Rachel returned to Lincolnshire 10 years ago. She engages with employers in various occupational sectors to identify skills needs and quickly establishes strong relationships. She presents training proposals, which identify, where possible, funded training opportunities through Apprenticeships, European Social Investment Funds, Distance Learning opportunities, the Adult Education Budget and Adult Community Learning. When employers require bespoke courses she works with the employer and training organisation to ensure that the content delivers the required training for the employees.
This experience and knowledge furnishes Rachel with a range of skills, which are invaluable in helping businesses to develop strategies for sustainable growth through training and development of leaders and teams.

Coral has 20+ years of experience in business support and commerce, across a wide range of business sectors. That experience has provided her with a range of skills which are invaluable in helping businesses to develop strategies for sustainable growth, finding sources of investment and funding, taking innovative ideas to market and sourcing training to develop strong leadership and effective teams.

Gina co-owns a Lincolnshire based manufacturing company and manages the business development and e-commerce side of the business. She was previously an Enterprise Coach for E-Factor Ltd helping individuals research and explore their business ideas. Also, Gina has a strong background in supporting organisations to apply and manage a range of grants and European Funding from her time as the ESF Technical Support for the Humber.

Heidi has 15 years’ experience of working in Learning & Development in Health & Social Care in the Public Sector. She has a passion for 21stC Skills & Service Development, supporting organisations to be more adaptable, resilient & ready for the future. For the last 4 years, Heidi has been acting as Trustee & Chair of Every-One, a Lincolnshire-based Charity working with carers and the people they care for and has a comprehensive understanding of the opportunities & challenges faced by the sectors.

Jayne is a Multi Skilled advisor with 35 years’ experience of working within Recruitment and Training.
Having lived and worked in Lincoln for 40 years, Jayne is passionate about raising the awareness and the importance of training and development of employees throughout Greater Lincolnshire.
Initially, she worked as a student in the hospitality industry, and then decided to move into the retail sector where she worked for House of Fraser within HR and Training for 10 years – also travelling to London to deliver training to Harrods staff.
After a short career break to have a family, Jayne returned to work within the training industry as a Contracts Manager for a Lincoln based training provider. Covering Greater Lincolnshire, she engaged with employers in various occupational sectors specialising in apprenticeships. Jayne really enjoyed working with employers throughout the region, gaining extensive knowledge about their companies, sharing their goals and aspirations and helping them bridge skills gaps through support with recruitment and training of apprentices of all ages.
Jayne has worked for various training providers throughout her career. She truly enjoys the job satisfaction it brings when working with employers to make a difference to their business.
In her previous role, she was the regional business consultant for a large national training provider specialising in apprenticeships within the Catering and Hospitality Sector and Health and Social Care Industry.
Now, Jayne feels very privileged to have secured a role with Bishop Grosseteste University. As their lead specialist for the Visitor Economy sector within their Specialist Skills Advisor programme.
The experienced and knowledge Jayne has gained throughout her career in relation to advising businesses in recruitment and training for over three decades has been ideal preparation for her current role. Jayne is continuing to support businesses within Greater Lincolnshire, and looks forward to engaging with employers, carrying out research and providing options for skills development that will make a difference towards their business growth, success and stability.

Jenny has a strong 25-year background in accountancy, business support and economic development and, for the last 13 years, has run her own successful management consultancy business. She has managed many major local, regional and international public, private and third sector economic development projects. To complement her experience, she has an MSc in Business Project Management.

As an accomplished individual Katy has 22 years of experience in marketing, events and business information, advice and guidance, with well-developed organisational, coaching and management attributes. Abilities enhanced from proven experience within both commercial and military environments. Serving 10 years in the RAF Intelligence Branch, Katy has worked within a number of highly established and confidential organisations across London and throughout the UK.
Since moving to Lincolnshire she established a key role as the Apprenticeship Champion for Greater Lincolnshire, partnering with numerous high level business stakeholders and educational working groups, for the benefit of the County.
Katy is also associate Director of No Limits Skills & Enterprise a consultancy, training and events management company founded upon the ethics, inclusion, achievement and potential for individuals and organisations alike.
As a seasoned professional, Katy is dedicated to partnering with business and organisations with the same passion for growth and success as herself.

Paula has worked for Sector Skills Councils for the past 8 years; working mostly with organisations in the Manufacturing Sector, to identify skills gaps and develop the required training solutions. Paula is experienced in reviewing and developing National Occupation Standards, Qualifications, Apprenticeships and Training Courses.
Sector lead area: Currently on Maternity Leave (Expected to return in September 2018)
Rachel has a background in trading standards and quality assurance having previously been a trading standards enforcement officer and subsequently a quality assurance technologist for a local own brand retailer.
She was previously a Business Advisor for e-Factor Ltd helping businesses to grow and individuals to start new businesses. More recently, she has been running a successful social media training business having been one of the first in the region to spot the demand for growth in this area.

Sarah has lived & worked in Lincolnshire for more than 30 years and has a strong working knowledge of the SME marketplace across the County. She has worked for small businesses, a FTSE 100 Company and as Director of her own Consultancy firm.
Sarah has a career history of supporting micro businesses and SMEs and her expertise lies in client needs analysis and outcome delivery.
Displaying a strong personal commitment to maximise the opportunities within every situation, Sarah has a genuine desire to work collaboratively with local employers and business support providers to improve business performance, growth and development.
