Legacy & In Memorium Giving

All those we come into contact with leave a legacy to the University. The historic corridors and rooms across the campus evoke past memories and half caught conversations, echoes of the past we still feel today. Old photographs record the faces of all that came here and leave us with the mystery of what they felt, and in many cases what they did with their future lives.

These legacies, combined with its size, are what make Bishop Grosseteste University such a special and unique place and one that is often held in great affection by those who have studied, worked and befriended us throughout our history.

Anyone can make a lasting gift to Bishop Grosseteste University by considering remembering us in their will or by dedicating a bookplate in one of our library books. If you would like to find out more about how you can help us in this way, please download our brochure below. If you would like to dedicate a bookplate, please return the form within the brochure together with the gift aid declaration (if applicable) here.
