Helpdesk

The IT Services Helpdesk is your first line of support and is located next to the issues desk in the main foyer of the Sibthorp Library.

The person staffing the Helpdesk will be able to help you with all enquiries regarding the applications on the computers and general IT issues. If they cannot solve your problem then it will be referred to the IT Services technical department.

The IT department also produces a range of user guides and other useful information for the systems in use at BG. Please see the User Guides section to view these.


Opening Hours

Term time

Monday - Thursday: 08:00 - 20:00
Friday: 08:00 - 18:00
Saturday & Sunday: 08:30 - 17:00


Non-term time

Monday - Thursday: 08:00 - 17:00
Friday: 08:00 - 16:30
Saturday & Sunday: Closed
